Luis Humberto Valadez is a poet, performer, and musician from Chicago Heights, IL. Author of "what i'm on" (2009 University of Arizona Press) and the forthcoming music/text hybrid "Valid Lush" (Plumberries Press/Last Minute Records). He attended Columbia College and Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at Naropa University. He performs for all, teaches for CAPE, and works for Chicago HOPES.
